What is the best stand or rack? Some argue for welded steel, while others argue for 2" thick maple planks, air supported glass, metal, sand weighted, exotic hardwood, brass, commercial EIA racks, on heavy feet, on carpet piercing feet, etc.
We feel that the best rack is economical, sturdy, imparts no vibrations from the room to the equipment (including speaker vibration), dampens or dissapates internal equipment vibrations and transmittal from unit to unit, and dampens the vibrations within each piece.
