That applies to all audio and video components, thus we will make reasonable adjustments and provide credit for items that you find unsuitable, provided that they are not custom ordered, are returned in their original packing, with all accessories, are unmarred, undamaged within 30 days of delivery. Shipping is not refunded. Nanotheater makes no representation as to compatibility, it is possible that a perfectly good product make cause you to notice defects in other parts of your system. You must have an RMA number. Shipment must arrive within a 10 day window after issuance of RMA. RMA's will be issued for damaged shipments.

We will provide on some items the ability to exchange up, to more expensive or better products within up to 1 year of purchase.  This is generally available on speakers-but the terms on this may vary- so contact us.

If something is broken, we will explore, help you obtain repair, repair and/or help you exchange the item with the Manufacturer. Vacuum tubes (aka valves), projector lamps, and other consumables are not generally covered under warranty.


On demo, used, "as-is", vintage equipment, closeouts, eBay sales, and B stock model sales, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.
